Decision on Bihar on Monday
The government today said it would announce on Monday its decision on the Bihar issue as angry Rashtriya Loktantrik Morcha and Congress members charged the ruling BJP-led coalition in the Lok Sabha with violating the constitutional provisions by delaying ratification of PresidentAtilde;shy;s Rule in the Rajya Sabha, even as agitated and determined Opposition blocked government business in the House and forced an adjournment before lunch over the issue.
