NEW DELHI, JULY 8: The reports of the lie detector tests of five persons in the Shivani murder case have been put on hold, as the Central Forensic Science Laboratory CFSL is not yet through with the tests on IPS officer R K Sharma. According to CFSL sources, the reports will be handed over to the Delhi Police once they complete the tests.

Five persons put to the lie detector tests are Shivani8217;s husband Rakesh Bhatnagar, her sister, Rakesh8217;s brother-in-law, R K Sharma and one Manoj. The delay, however, was caused by Sharma8217;s tests which, sources say, have not yet been completed.

He was first put to the lie detector test in the first week of June. He had to go through the test again last Friday and Monday. The CFSL is understood to have asked him to appear again. The CFSL, which has a heavy schedule of lie detector tests for the Central Bureau of Investigation CBI, has not issued a fresh date for the test so far.

Rakesh Bhatnagar was the first person to be called for the tests. He underwent the testson May 21, 24 and 25.
