CHENNAI, June 19: A car-stealing racket in the city was busted following the arrest of a three-member gang at Pondy Bazaar, and nine stolen cars worth Rs 20 lakh totally were recovered from them. The money was intended to be used in the production of a film. While one of the arrested was a post-graduate, another was a graduate.
