Elecon signs pact with PIV Antrieb
The Gujarat-based Elecon Engineering Co has entered into a collaboration with PIV Antrieb Werner Reimers GmbH amp; Co.KG, an international giant in power transmission. The German company manufactures the Posired-2 range of helical and spiral bevel gears. Elecon has also developed a new series of indigenous Worm Gears, the Super NU series. This range improves power ratings by 20 per cent and is also economical, a press release said.
