ADELAIDE, DEC 14: The Australian papers debated and came to the conclusion that the second innings verdict against Sachin Tendulkar by umpire Daryl Harper was harsh.

Tendulkar said: 8220;What can I say. The umpire has given his decision. It is his decision..

8220;Everyone has seen the dismissal, it has been shown on TV. I watched the replay only once and8230;8221; he said leaving the sentence incomplete shrugging his shoulders.

8220;Let us not delve too much into it,8221; said the Indian skipper when asked about the poor decision he got in the first innings.

Indian coach Kapil Dev, too, echoed Tendulkar8217;s helplessness when he said: 8220;Let us forget about these things. We have to look ahead, there is no point looking back. These things happen in cricket.8221;

Australian skipper Steve Waugh, however, felt the second innings verdict against Tendulkar was correct. 8220;I was in the slips and I did think he was out. Even Langer was given out wrongly in the first innings, but I did not hear much noise being raised on thatdismissal.8221;

Waugh added: 8220;I don8217;t think that decision affected the course of the match. Let us get on with the game.8221;
