
Australia crushed Bangladesh by an innings and 80 runs in the second Test to complete a 2-0 series whitewash on Thursday.
Spinners Shane Warne and Stuart MacGill took six wickets on the fifth morning to bundle out the hosts for 304 in their second innings.
Warne completed his 36th five-wicket haul in Tests with figures of five for 113 and MacGill took 4-95.
The visitors never looked threatened after they declared their first innings on 581-4, a lead of 384, following nightwatchman Jason Gillespie8217;s record-breaking innings of 201 not out on Wednesday.
The paceman, who took eight wickets in the two matches, picked up both man of the match and man of the series awards for his efforts.

Mohammad Rafique 65 then delighted local spectators with his fourth Test fifty, hitting six sixes and two fours in a 53-ball innings.
