BELLARY, APRIL 23: Chief Minister S M Krishna expressed concern over the non-cooperation of Andhra Government which is objecting to every irrigation project of Karnataka including drinking water supply schemes. Terming as unfortunate8217; Andhra Pradesh8217;s objection to the Chitravathy dam in Kolar district on the ground that its interests would be affected, Krishna told reporters here that he was willing to meet his counterpart Chandrababu Naidu to thrash out the issue.
