CHANDIGARH, Oct 17: Andrew8217;s knock of 39 runs helped St Xavier8217;s School-44 beat St Peter8217;s School by 34 runs in under-12 group in the Edmund Rice cricket tournament at St John8217;s School, today.

In another match St John8217;s School-26 got a walkover from Mount Carmel School.

Brief scores: St Xavier8217;s School-44: 122 for 9 in 25 overs Andrew 39, Manu 12, Birham 4 for 16; St Peter8217;s School-37: 88 in 13.3 overs Abhishek 8, Bikramjeet 3 for 11, Andrew 2 for 22.
St Kabir School-26: 83 for 3 in 13.3 overs Bakul 19 n.o., Nikhil 17 n.o.; MMS-21: 79 in 20.1 overs Parminder 12, Mohit 10,Bakul 4 for 12,Gunjan 4 for 10.
