CHENNAI, May 3:The TN Archaeological Department has discovered four hero stone inscriptions, about 1000 years old, from Mathanpur village in Vaniyambadi. These stones inscription were engraved during the period of King Parthibasakaravaraman who ruled Thondaimandalam from 959 to 974 AD.
