Mumbai, Jan 5: The All-India juniors and sub-juniors golf championship will be played at the Bombay Presidency Golf Club from tomorrow. The four-day event is a 72-hole strokeplay event for boys in Class A (15-17 years, Class B (13-14 years) and Class C (11-12 years).There are 90 entries from Delhi, Calcutta 8, Mumbai 14 and from Chennai, Bangalore, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Pune. The tournament is run by the championship committee of the host Club and assisted by the Indian Golf Union juniors committee chairman, Sujit Duggal, members Capt K N Harsh and Sharad Divecha.Juniors who are expected to play a prominent role are Raghav Jaggi (Lucknow), Shiv Kapoor, Bikram Singh and Suleman Ali all from Delhi. The local challenge will be from Rohit Goyal, Llit Goenka and Wilson D'Mello.The BOC juniors Inter-Zonal team championship will be conducted concurrently with the All-India Championship.
