PUNE, July 8: The Maharashtra State Electricity Board MSEB has announced that power supply will remain closed on July 9 in some parts of the city on account of line maintenance work. The power supply will resume after the work is over.

The areas to be affected include: Bund Garden division from 10 am to 6 pm 8211; Viman Nagar, Konark Nagar, Rajiv Nagar, Sanjay Park, Nine BRD, Ramwadi, Part of Nagar Road, Chandan Nagar, Shri Ram Nagar, Sant Engineering Perfect Mould, Voltas, AIG, V M Jog, Kharadi industrial estate, Praz company, Vadgaonsheri industrial estate, Vadgaonsheri, Kharadi, Bidi Kamgar and Pathare Wasti.

Kothrud division from 6 am to 6 pm 8211; Sinhagad Road, Ambegaon Road, Narhe Road, Dhayari, Jambhul, Warje, Shivane, Uttam Nagar, Kondhve, Dhawade and Ganpati Mata.

Rasta Peth division 10 am to 6 pm 8211; Ramtekadi Pool to Bhairoba Nala, Wanowrie, Fatima Nagar, Sopanbaug, St Patrick Town, Sacred Heart Town, Shivarkar Road, Netaji Nagar and Lullanagar.

Receiving station division July 12, from 10 am to 4 pm Ammunition factory, Holkar Water Works, Mula Road, Dairy Farm, Factory Estate, Sarvatra Vihar, Nirikshan Vihar, Kohinoor Estate, Vishrantwadi and Mohanwadi.The MSEB statement added that Thursday being staggering day for Pune, power supply will be kept off in parts of the city as per requirement.
