SHIMLA, Aug 5: Himachal Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages has announmced its award for the year 1995 and 1996. Each award carries a cash prize of Rs. 7100.

For the year 1995, Rango Ka Ithas8217; Hindi poetry by Tarsem Bharti, Sangyahin8217; Hindi novel by P.C.K.Prem, poems of Nicholas K Roerich translation by Varyam Singh will be awared. Manohar Lal will be awarded for his book Amaltas Ki Chhaon Main8217; posthumously.

Dayray8217; Hindi short story by Tara Negi and Himachak Ke Mandir8217; by K L Vaidya has been selected for the year 1996.

Lok Manas Ke Sureelay Swar8217; by Monorama Sharma has been awarded for the year 1993.
