Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta Ambani joyfully celebrated the arrival of their second child, a baby girl, on May 31. And now, it has been revealed that the couple has chosen the name 'Veda' for their daughter, as confirmed by a source close to the family. "With the grace of Lord Krishna and the blessings of Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani, Prithvi is thrilled to announce the birth of his little baby sister — Veda Akash Ambani," the card viral on social media reads. According to renowned astrologer Pandit Jagannath Guruji, Veda is a blessed child who carries a name of Sanskrit origin that signifies 'knowledge' and 'wisdom'. "This name bestows upon her a deep reverence for faith and a perceptive approach to life's journey," he said. Astrologically, Veda's name aligns perfectly with her cosmic configuration, promising a bright future full of success and fulfilment, Guruji said. "She forms strong bonds with her mother and her grandfather, Mukesh Ambani, bringing immeasurable joy and blessings to their lives. Veda's name holds immense significance, symbolising knowledge, wisdom, and a thoughtful outlook on life. She embodies luck, blessings, and fulfilment, destined for an extraordinary and remarkable destiny," he added. Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta got married in March 2019. In December 2020, the couple welcomed their first child, Prithvi, into the world. The arrival of this baby girl has made Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries, and his wife Nita Ambani proud grandparents for the third time as in November last year, Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal became parents to twins who were named Krishna and Aadiya.
