Glenfiddich has been awarded eight gold medals at the International Sprits Challenge. The single malt scotch whisky also swept the board at the Scotch Whisky Masters 2013,winning 14 medals,including three masters and another eight gold medals.

Now in its 18th year,the International Spirits Challenge awards are announced in the June issue of Drinks International. A leading event in promoting quality spirits from around the world,the competition is tough,receiving over 1,000 entries from over 70 countries,with each whisky undergoing a blind taste test from each member of the judging panel. The panel comprised of whisky experts from across the globe,headed up by John Ramsay,who has over 40 years experience in the whisky industry.
