Torrential rains continue to wreak havoc in Himachal Pradesh affecting daily life and routine as well as causing severe infrastructural damage. In view of this, the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has postponed the preliminary exam for Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service.
