The UPPSC PCS exam has been revised for the second time this year. Initially, the 2024 exam was set for March 17, 2024, but it was rescheduled due to paper leak speculations.

Every year, central and state governments release various vacancies which many often candidates forget or miss the deadline. To avoid any minutes of chaos and hurdles for the aspirant’s community, we have compiled a list of some of the government jobs to which students can apply, thereby increasing the chances of employment in the government sector.

But before that, it is important to know that the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) and Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) have extended the registration deadline for the exam alongside the examination date.

BPSC Integrated 70th Combined prelims postponed

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) announced a change in the schedule for the BPSC 70th Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Prelims 2024. As per the official notice, the exam will now be conducted on December 13. Earlier, the exam was planned for November 17, but the exam has been postponed due to unknown reasons.

UPPSC Prelims postponed 2024

The Commission has postponed the UPPSC PCS 2024 exam. The exam which was earlier set to be conducted on October 27, will now be tentatively held in mid-December. The commission will announce a fresh exam date at uppsc.up.nic.in.

UP Anganwadi Recruitment 2024

The UP Anganwadi Recruitment 2024 is open for 23,753 vacancies across various districts in Uttar Pradesh. The recruitment is for two positions, Anganwadi Workers (Supervisors) and Anganwadi Helpers. Candidates can apply online through the official website— upanganwadibharti.in. Various districts have different posts and candidates will have to visit the official website to know the number of posts in their district.

UPSSSC Female Health Worker Recruitment 2024

The UPSSSC Female Health Worker Recruitment 2024 has been announced, with 5,272 vacancies available. The registration process starts on October 28, and the last date to apply is November 27. Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years as of July 1, 2024. Candidates will first be shortlisted based on their performance in the UP PET 2023, followed by a mains written examination.

India Post Payment Bank- Gramin Dak Sevak 2024 Recruitment

The India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) has announced the recruitment of 344 executives, specifically for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS). This opportunity is open to candidates with at least 2 years of GDS experience till October 31. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Interested candidates can apply through the IPPB official website—ippbonline.com— and they should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

Allahabad High Court Group C and D Recruitment 2024

The Allahabad High Court has opened vacancies for different posts including stenographer, junior assistant, paid apprentice, driver, tubewell operator, process server, orderly, peon, and sweeper among others. 3306 posts are lying vacant in the High Court with the application deadline of October 24. Relaxation in age is provided for reserved categories as per government norms.
