BPSC not to extend registration deadline, 70th CCE date; 4.80 lakh students set to appear on Dec 13

“In this regard, it is to be clarified that the Commission had published an advertisement for the said examination on 23.09.2024 and started online application from 28.09.2024 and sought applications till 18.10.2024. Thereafter, keeping in mind the interest of the candidates, the date of online application was extended till 04.11.2024. In the said entire period, a total of 4.80 lakh online applications were received, out of which more than 1.30 lakh applications were received with fee in the last 04 days, which automatically makes it clear that the complaints regarding the fault in the server are baseless. Regarding the extension of the date of examination, it is to be clarified that the date of the said examination has been fixed keeping in view the pre-determined examination dates by the Union Public Service Commission / State Public Service Commissions and other examination institutes,” the official notification stated.

BPSC 70th CCE 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on December 13, in a single shift from 12 pm to 2 pm. “The candidates related to this examination are informed to appear in the examination on time at the examination center allotted in the e-admit card on 13.12.2024,” the notice stated.

Meanwhile, BPSC last week released the admit cards for the 70th Integrated Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024. Candidates who registered for the exam can download their admit cards from the official BPSC website — bpsc.bih.nic.in.
