Two militants were today arrested in north Kashmir's Kupwara district,police said. Hizbul Mujahideen militant Naseer Ahmad Bhat and Atiqullah Malik,affiliated with Al Badar outfit,were arrested following a tip-off about their presence in Kulangam village,they said. Bhat,a resident of Kulangam village,and Malik from Lashtiyal village had recently infiltrated into the valley after receiving arms training in Pakistan,he said.
