The conversation touched on several important matters of international concern, including the Commonwealth of Nations and the recent Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa. The leaders exchanged views on how to advance cooperation within the Commonwealth.

Climate change and sustainability also featured prominently in the discussions, with Modi praising the King’s longstanding advocacy for environmental issues.
