How Modi-Trump chemistry was evident during the trip

Several times, both leaders talked about their relationship during Trump’s earlier term.

Here are some statements that show the personal bond between the two leaders, and the impact it could have on the ties over the next three years:

• The friendship between the United States and India is the strongest it has ever been… I think our relationship is the best it has ever been between two leaders of the two countries – Trump
