A 22-year old model committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence here,police said today. Shilpi Raut,who was crowned Miss Bhopal in 2009,committed suicide yesterday at her residence in city's Galla Bazar area when her family members were not at home,they said. On their return,they saw her hanging from the ceiling fan and immediately rushed her to the hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead,they said. The exact reason behind the extreme step is not yet known,police said adding she did not leave behind any suicide note. Shilpi was working as a teacher in Kanian School and was unmarried.
