Vandals damage Ambedkar photos

Unidentified persons damaged the photographs of Babasaheb Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram in the SC/ST hostel of Hampi Kannada university here last night,police said.

Unidentified persons damaged the photographs of Babasaheb Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram in the SC/ST hostel of Hampi Kannada university here last night,police said.

Soot was smeared and the photos scratched,police said.

Litterateurs U R Anathamurthy and Chadrashekhar Kambar have condemned the incident.
