School children injured in road accident

Few students of Ingraham School were injured on Friday when an auto ferrying them to school collided with a speeding car. The accident,which took place near Kamla Nehru Nagar,was caused when the speeding car lost control and collided into the auto rickshaw.

According to SP (city),though the children did not receive any serious injuries,the girl who was driving the car is injured and has been admitted to a private hospital. The children were discharged after receiving first aid from the hospital.

“The girl who was driving is admitted,so action will be taken against her once she recovers,” added Anant Dev,SP(city).
