The Delhi Police Crime Branch Saturday filed a chargesheet against 13 persons in connection with the alleged leak of documents from the Petroleum Ministry.
The chargesheet was filed before Metropolitan Magistrate Akash Jain, who fixed April 20 as its date for consideration. The magistrate has now fixed the 44-page chargesheet for consideration before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjay Khanagwal, who was on leave Saturday.
Sources said the Official Secrets Act (OSA) has not been invoked against the accused and added that further investigations were underway.

The police have named 42 prosecution witnesses in the case.
