Jawan arrested for attack on colleague

An Army jawan was arrested for attacking and injuring his colleague at Northern Command in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Signal-man Rajesh V of Signal Regiment at Northern Command headquarters at Udhampur was arrested after a case was registered against him for attack and injuring his colleague Prabash with a knife at the unit on June 13,police said.

Prabash was hospitalised,he said adding that police registered a case on the Army’s information and arrested the jawan.
