Rajasthan has recorded 10, 598 deaths in the year 2014 due to accidents (incl road, railway etc). It stands fifth in the list of states after Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The total accidents recorded shot up 6.1% in 2014 from 2013.
