North: A few places in Jammuand Kashmir; isolated places in Uttarkhand,Haryana,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh and mainly dry in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Central: Mainly dry.

Peninsula: A few places in south Tamil Nadu; isolated places in Kerala and mainly dry in Gujarat state,Konkan,Goa,Madhya Maharashtra,Andhra Pradesh,north Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

Islands: Isolated places in Lakshadweep and mainly dry in Andaman and Nicobar.

The trough of low at sea level over southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka persists. A cyclonic circulation extending upto 0.9 km a.s.l. lies over south Tamil Nadu and adjoining south Kerala.

The western disturbance as an upper air system over Jammu and Kashmir and neighbourhood has moved away northeastwards.

The cyclonic circulation over north Rajasthan and neighbourhood has become less marked.

Night temperatures were appreciably to markedly below normal in some parts of west Madhya Pradesh,Gujarat region,coastal Aaurashtra and Kutch,Telangana and of Rayalaseema and were below normal in coastal Andhra Pradesh and in remaining parts of Gujarat region.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Arunachal Pradesh,Assam,Meghalaya,Manipur,Tripura,Orissa,Haryana and east Madhya Pradesh and in some parts of West Bengal,Sikkim,east Uttar Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,east Rajasthan,Konkan,Goa,Madhya Maharashtra,Marathwada,Chattisgarh and of Tamil Nadu and were above normal in some parts of Jharkhand,Bihar,west Uttar Pradesh,Uttarkhand,west Rajasthan,west Madhya Pradesh,Vidarbha and of Kerala and in remainingparts of east Uttar Pradesh,Saurashtra and Kutch and of Tamil Nadu.

They were normal over the rest of the country.

North: Isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir and mainly dry in Uttar Pradesh,Uttarkhand,Haryana,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan. Quazigund 0.2,Srinagar,Banihal and Jammu city 0.1 each.

Central: Mainly dry.

Peninsula: Isolated places in Tamil Nadu,Kerala and mainly dry in Gujarat state,Konkan,Goa,Madhya Maharashtra,Marathwada,Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Kodaikanal 0.6,Nagapattinam 0.5,Vedaraniyam,Alapuzha 0.3 each,Tiruchirapalli,Paramathy and Coonoor 0.1 each.
