Begowal,Dera celebrates

Following the news of Bibi Jagir Kaur getting bail on Thursday,residents of Begowal and followers of her dera gathered at Dera Sant Prem Singh Murarewale — being headed by Kaur — to celebrate. According to sources,Kaur will be released on Friday as she needs to furnish a bail bond. “She will first go to the Golden temple to pay obeisance after being released from jail,” said a close associate of Kaur. Though Kaur has been convicted in the murder case of the daughter,her followers claim whatever she had done was for the sake of her family’s honour. “Bibi is like a saint and she cannot kill her daughter. She has become the victim of circumstances,” said a follower.
