Abrogation of Article 370 is better for J-K and India: BJP

Jammu and Kashmir BJP said Article 370 has widened the gap between Jammu and Kashmir and the rest of the country and its abrogation will benefit the state.

Jammu and Kashmir BJP on Thursday said Article 370 has widened the gap between Jammu and Kashmir and the rest of the country and its abrogation will benefit the state.

Reacting to the National Conference leaders’ claim that this Constitutional provision was a bridge between the state and rest of the country,newly-appointed state BJP president Shamsher Singh Manhas said NC was misleading the people of the state.

Yesterday,NC MPs Mehboob Beigh and Shariefuddin Shariq in Srinagar had attacked the BJP for its stand on Article 370 and said it was serving as a bridge between J-K and the country.
