McDonald’s has tied up with Symbiosis International University as part of its continuous effort to promote education among its employees and provide them with “skills for life”.

McDonald’s has tied up with Symbiosis International University as part of its continuous effort to promote education among its employees and provide them with “skills for life”. The post-graduate programme has been designed for McDonald’s employees with an extensive syllabus on efficient business management.

“McDonald’s is not just a burger company-serving people; we are a people’s company serving burgers. We recognise our real strength is our people who are the foundation of our business,” said Ray Kroc,Founder (McDonalds Corporation). “Symbiosis will provide a two years’ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management to an exclusive batch of McDonalds employees. The students will get projects and will get exposure through case studies of various businesses,” he said.

Prof Seema Singh,Head,Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education said,“This programme has been designed after a lot of discussion with the team at McDonalds and the programmme has been customised for McDonald’s.”
