Prime Minister Narendra Modi took part in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya today. He was accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. As the rituals concluded Monday morning, the curtains of sanctum sanctorum were removed. The event saw the participation of about 8,000 invitees, including 1,500-1,600 “eminent” guests. As the consecration ceremony took place, army helicopters showered flower petals on the temple.
