After six years,woman complains of rape

A 30-year-old woman has alleged rape by a person in Vaishali Nagar for the last six years,resulting in two abortions,police said.

The woman complained of the sexual assault by one Salim Khan Abdul Karim (35) between February 2003 and October 2009,they said.

In a police complaint filed last night,following the accused’s refusal to marry her,the victim said that she underwent two abortions on account of her illicit relationship.

No arrests have been made so far,police added.
