Amit Malviya also drew a sharp retort from Gurdaspur MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa. (File Photo)BJP IT cell in-charge Amit Malviya on Tuesday taunted Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa with a comment on a short video clip that showed the duo sharing a light moment. He also drew a sharp retort from the Gurdaspur MP.
“Gurdaspur Congress MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa points out Rahul Gandhi for his lack of discipline. In response, Rahul Gandhi reacts to the senior leader with noticeable attitude and arrogance. It is not the first time Rahul Gandhi has subjected a senior Congress legislator from Punjab to such ignominy,” Malviya wrote on X while sharing the clip.
The video clip shows Congress leaders including Gandhi, the leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, and Randhawa walking together. Gandhi is heard telling the Gurdaspur MP that he should come on time for a meeting and not make any excuses. Randhawa retorts with a laugh and says he had come on time but that Gandhi was late.
Randhawa was quick to reply to Malviya’s comments.
“Fake news factory people, our leaders hug us and also joke with us. But in front of Narendra Modi ji, you all can only fold your hands, stand at attention and nod your heads. Leave fake news, respond to Adani, don’t run away from the issue. Okay, at least post a video of yourself having fun and joking with Modi ji,” he wrote on X.
