The wait is finally over! Fans of Prime Video’s most anticipated series, Panchayat, must be giddy with excitement as the makers unveiled the Season 3’s trailer on Wednesday. Set in the fictional village of Phulera in Uttar Pradesh, the show stars Neena Gupta, Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Chandan Roy, and Faisal Malik in lead roles.

The last season ended on a cliffhanger with ‘Sachiv ji’ Abhishek Tripathi’s (Jitendra Kumar) future in Phulera in danger after Pradhan-Pati’s (Raghubir Yadav) altercation with a local politician. Panchayat Season 3 trailer clears the air for the viewers as Abhishek Tripathi declares that he isn’t going anywhere. He says in the trailer, “Achha bhala resign kar chuka tha, vapas aa gaya iss gaon mein (I resigned from this job for the good, but I came back to this village).”

While Abhishek tries to juggle his studies and his newfound love interest in Rinki, the daughter of Pradhan-Pati, politics takes over Phulera as Bhushan (Durgesh Kumar) tries to overthrow Pradhan Manju Devi (Neena Gupta) with the help of the disgruntled local politician. This intensifies the rivalry between Bhushan and Pradhan-Pati, leading to a comical conflict and wholesome entertainment.
