Friend says Kim Soo Hyun ‘cheated’ on Kim Sae Ron

The recording was allegedly captured inside a bar owned by the Bloodhounds star’s close friend (referred to as “Friend B”). On March 25, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho and digital forensics expert Lee Yo Min visited Friend B’s bar, where they were confronted over their handling of Kim Sae Ron’s story. During this discussion, a secret recording was made, reportedly from inside Friend B’s hoodie pocket, in which he shared details about Kim Sae Ron’s alleged past with Kim Soo Hyun.

In the leaked conversation, Friend B stated that Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron were involved when she was still a minor. When asked whether their relationship started before she turned 19, Friend B reportedly said, “Yes.” (Gold Medalist earlier claimed the two only dated after Sae Ron turned an adult). He further claimed that their relationship lasted six years but was filled with chaos, primarily due to the actor’s alleged infidelity. According to Friend B, Kim Sae Ron stayed with him despite everything because he had promised to marry her. “But she put up with all of it because he promised to marry her.”

“She always said it was a struggle keeping her place for six years. As the queen, per se… because he kept bringing in concubines,” Friend B stated. (Text translation by Koreaboo). The alleged friend suggested that Kim Soo Hyun was romantically involved with multiple women while still in a relationship with Kim Sae Ron. Friend B further claimed that the Manhole actor had a deep resentment toward Kim Soo Hyun and suggested that she knew information that could have made her his “Achilles’ heel.” He continued, “I didn’t really try to talk to her about much else. I didn’t want to make her sad or cry. Coming to the bar and grabbing a glass of beer was one of her only ways to relieve stress…”

Kim Sae Ron’s ex-boyfriend defends Kim Soo Hyun

Earlier, while speaking to The Fact, Sae Ron’s alleged ex-boyfriend, who is believed to be a former trainee idol, defended Kim Soo Hyun, claiming the actor is in no way linked to this case and is only being dragged into it because of his fame. He stated that Kim Sae Ron’s struggles were due to a lack of family support rather than her relationship with the actor. According to reports, he continued contacting her after their breakup, allegedly asking for help in career, while using “cute” nicknames. As speculation continues, Kim Sae Ron’s family has announced plans to hold a press conference on March 27 in Seoul. They claim to have concrete evidence regarding her past and are expected to reveal more details about the allegations against Kim Soo Hyun.
