Vijay Deverakonda takes a holy dip at Mahakumbh, shares pictures: ‘Saying prayers with mummy dearest’

Vijay Deverakonda took to his Instagram handle to share glimpses of his sacred dip at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.

Actor Vijay Deverakonda recently visited the Mahakumbh and Kashi Vishwanath Temple with his family members. The Arjun Reddy actor took to his Instagram handle to share glimpses of his sacred dip at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.

Along with the photos, the Arjun Reddy actor wrote, “The 2025 Kumbhmela – A journey to connect, pay respect to our epic origins and roots. Making memories With my Indian boys. Saying Prayers with mummy dearest. A trip to Kasi with this darling gang.”

Besides Vijay Deverakonda, many other celebrities took the holy dip at Mahakumbh this year, including Sunil Grover, Remo D’Souza, Shankar Mahadevan, Mamta Kulkarni, Milind Soman, Vivek Oberoi, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, and Dakota Johnson among others.

The Mahakumbh Mela started on January 13 and will continue till February 26.

On the professional front, Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for the release of his next movie Kingdom, which was earlier titled VD12. It is scheduled to hit the theatres this year.
