Telugu producer Dil Raju's nephew Ashish Reddy married Advitha Reddy. The family threw a lavish wedding reception in Hyderabad.

Rumoured couple Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna dressed up in their ethnic best as they attended the wedding reception of Dil Raju’s nephew, Ashish Reddy, and Advitha Reddy.

While Rashmika opted for a shimmering golden saree, Vijay wore a black closed-neck suit. The Geetha Govindam co-stars stood out as they arrived at the venue separately, along with with their entourages.

The wedding reception, which was held on Friday evening, saw several other stars in attendance. The guest list included Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Nani, Ram Charan, and Ram Pothineni amongst many others.

Vijay and Rashmika have been rumoured to be dating for a long time now. However, both actors have maintained that they are good friends. Vijay and Rashmika’s onscreen chemistry has also been appreciated by the audience. They starred together for the first time in Geetha Govindam, and later in Dear Comrade.

In an earlier interview, Rashmika had spoken about her bond with Vijay, and said that she has a lot of respect for him. In an interview with We Are Yuvaa, she said, “Viju and I, we sort of grew up together. So anything I do in my life right now, he has a contribution in it. I take his advice in anything that I do. I need his opinion, and he is not a ‘yes’ person. He is like on the point, this is good, this is not good, this is what I think, this is what I don’t think. He has supported me personally, more than anyone else in my entire life. So, I feel he’s someone who I really, really respect.”

On the work front, Rashmika will next be seen in Telugu film Girlfriend, directed by Rahul Ravindran, and Pushpa: The Rule, which is the highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster Allu Arjun film Pushpa: The Rise. She also has Hindi film Chhaava alongside Vicky Kaushal. Vijay’s film Family Star, in which he will share the screen with Mrunal Thakur, is also about to release.
