Away from the clamour of the bustling world, ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli is currently enjoying a peaceful vacation with his family. Following the release of his epic action drama RRR and the subsequent award ceremonies, the director had been immersed in a hectic schedule. However, he has now embarked on a quest for renewal and revitalisation.

Recently, Rajamouli, along with his wife Rama, their son SS Karthikeya and daughter Mayookha, travelled to Tamil Nadu’s Thoothukudi and spent some quality time at a resort. Karthikeya’s wife Pooja also accompanied them.

Meanwhile, the resort expressed their immense joy upon hosting the esteemed guest and took to Instagram to showcase a couple of photos of Rajamouli and his family participating in a variety of engaging activities. As a gesture of remembrance, Rajamouli planted trees within the premises.

One of the hosts, Anaina Kandrikar, showered praises on Rajamouli’s wife and costume designer Rama.

One of the hosts, Anaina Kandrikar, also shared a picture with the guests and wrote, “Had the absolute honour of hosting @ssrajamouli Sir and Rama aunty this weekend @aquaoutback. @arjunmotha & I are humbled. Thank you for your love, and respect @sskarthikeya anna & @sspoojaprasad. Hope to see you all soon 🥰.”

Showering praises on Rajamouli’s wife and costume designer Rama, Anaina wrote: “Getting to know Rama aunty made me feel like one of my aunts was home. And that’s precious.”

Rajamouli will soon resume work on his upcoming untitled film starring superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role. During a Q&A session at the ongoing Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) last year, Rajamouli called the movie “a globetrotting action-adventure film”.
