Rajinikanth says Nandamuri Balakrishna can do what he, Amitabh Bachchan or Shah Rukh Khan can’t do
Rajinikanth said that the audience accepts whatever Nandamuri Balakrishna does on screen because when they look at him, they see his father NTR in him.

Tamil superstar Rajinikanth on Friday attended a special event to celebrate 100 years of Telugu actor-politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR). At the event, Rajinikanth spoke fondly about NTR’s son Nandamuri Balakrishna aka Balayya. He said Balayya can do what neither he nor Amitabh Bachchan can do.
Rajinikanth said, “My friend (Balayya) kills with his single look. With a single eye blink, a vehicle can blast and go up to 30-feet-high. It cannot be done by Rajinikanth, Amitabh, Shah Rukh Khan or Salman Khan. The public won’t accept it if we do that kind of stuff.”
As the superstar sang praises of Balayya, the Veera Simha Reddy actor was all smiles. Rajinikanth added that the audience accepts whatever Balayya does on screen because when they look at him, they see his father NTR in him.
“If Balayya does that, the audience will accept it. The Telugu audience doesn’t see him as Balayya, they see late NTR in Balayya. He is a kind-hearted person. I pray to God that he will serve more in films and politics,” Rajinikanth concluded.
Nandamuri Balakrishna played his father NTR in the two-part biopic N.T.R: Kathanayakudu and N.T.R: Mahanayakudu, which were directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. The actor was last seen in the film Veera Simha Reddy. He is next teaming up with Anil Ravipudi for the movie NBK108.
