The generation of Indian actors who began their journeys in the 1980s and essentially grew up together in the industry continue to share a warm bond and often reunite to celebrate their friendship and mutual affection. These get-togethers have become a regular tradition over the past decade, with some of the biggest names in Indian cinema in attendance. After a pause that, unfortunately, lasted a few years, many of them came together for yet another reunion just a few days ago, enjoying a day filled with joy, love and laughter. A few of them also shared photos from the occasion, offering glimpses of their celebrations. Among the attendees were Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jackie Shroff, Shobana, Revathy, Ramya Krishnan, Suhasini Maniratnam, Jayaram, Prabhu, R Sarath Kumar, Meena, Radha, Kushboo, Rahman, Lissy Lakshmi, Nadhiya, Bhagyaraj, Poornima Bhagyaraj, and Parvathy Jayaram, among others. "Every reunion with my beloved friends from the 80s is a walk down memory lane, filled with laughter, warmth, and the same unbreakable bond we've shared for decades.☺️ So many beautiful memories, and yet every meet feels as fresh as the first," Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi shared on social media, along with pictures from the occasion. This year's reunion reportedly took place at the residence of actor couple Rajkumar Sethupathy and Sripriya in Chennai, and was attended by as many as 31 stars from the Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi industries. The last get-together was hosted by Jackie Shroff at his home in Mumbai in 2022.
