Allu Arjun says he prayed for Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan success, SRK responds, ‘The Fire himself praised me… made my day’

Allu Arjun wrote a detailed tweet about Jawan praising Shah Rukh Khan, Anirudh Ravichander, Atlee, Deepika Padukone, and Nayanthara.

Telugu star Allu Arjun is the latest to praise Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster film Jawan, which is continuing its box office onslaught. In a lengthy tweet, Allu Arjun praised all of Jawan’s key players, including Shah Rukh Khan, Anirudh Ravichander, Atlee, Deepika Padukone, and Nayanthara. Anirudh, the composer of Jawan, also responded to Allu Arjun’s tweet and thanked him.

About the film’s protagonist played by SRK, the Pushpa actor wrote, “Shah Rukh Khan Garu’s massiest avatar ever, charming the whole of India and beyond with his swag. Truly happy for you sir, we prayed this for you.” He saved up his praise for director Atlee for the last. He said the Tamil director has made everyone proud. He wrote, “Big Big Congrats for Atlee garu for making us all proud, delivering thought-provoking commercial film and creating history at the Indian box office.”

Replying to the tweet, SRK said how he is a big fan of Allu Arjun and Pushpa. He claimed Bunny’s wish made his day. “Thank u so much my man. So kind of you for the love and prayers. And when it comes to swag and ‘The Fire’ himself praises me….wow…it has made my day!!! Feeling Jawan twice all over now!!! I must admit I must have learnt something from you as I had seen Pushpa thrice in three days!!! Big hug to u and will come and give u one personally as soon as possible. Keep swagging!!! Love u (sic).”

Anirudh Ravichander, Jawan’s composer, also responded quickly to Allu Arjun thanking him. However, the Pushpa star said a simple thanks is not going to cut it. “Not just simple Thank you … I want great songs too,” Allu Arjun wrote.

Earlier, RRR director SS Rajamouli and Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu congratulated Shah Rukh Khan and the Jawan team for the success, and Allu Arjun is the latest to join the list of Telugu stars batting for Jawan.

Meanwhile, Jawan has raked in more than Rs 600 crore (worldwide gross) in a matter of just six days, and it is expected to cross Rs 700 crore in a day. In India, the film has minted more than Rs 328 crore, according to reports.

Also starring Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sanya Malhotra, Jawan follows the story of a righteous vigilante, who robs the croony rich and gives away the loot to the people.
