I am not leaving ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, says Palak aka Kiku Sharda

Stand up comedian Kiku Sharda, who has become a household name post his Palak act in hit TV show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, clarified that he is not quitting the show as reported.

The actor, who was recently voted out from ‘Nach Baliye 6’, made a successful pairing with Sunil Grover aka Gutthi and there were reports that he might follow Sunil’s footsteps.

The actor, however put an end to the rumours saying he loves the show. “Hahahaha , some funny rumours doin the rounds of me quitting CNWK ….. No No No NOT TRUE ,,,, I love CNWK n am very much a part of it” Kiku tweeted.

Kiku further wrote: “I love my job n am not going anywhere , PALAK n LACCHA will stay whr dey were born , with CNWKapil @KapilSharmaK9 @ColorsTV CNWK rockssss!!!”

However, Kiku Sharda will also be seen in another comedy-based show – ‘Max Fully Deewana contest’ – with commedian Krushna Abhishek where they will spoof Bollywood films.

“I found the idea of doing gags very interesting. We have some great jokes on films. Krushna is a fine actor and it was amazing working with him,” said Kiku.

But there is no doubt that Kiku will continue his run at ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’. As Kiku tweeted a la Palak style, “Ooooooooooooooooooooo no need to spread these rumours ok ….. Aye bade….jissne bhi yeh batein phelayi hein , he can TALK TO MY HAND ”
