Geeta Kapur reveals who started calling her ‘Geeta Maa’, says ‘Sharam karo…’

Choreographers Geeta Kapur, Terence Lewis and veteran star Karisma Kapoor are all set to feature on the latest episode of Apka Apna Zakir. The makers of the show dropped a few promo videos ahead of the episode’s premiere, giving a glimpse of the fun conversation the guests have with comedian Zakir Hussain. The show also features Rithvik Dhanjani and Shweta Tiwari, among others.

One of the promos of the show, shared on Tuesday, starts with Zakir wanting to ask something to the celebrity choreographer Geeta. In the video. he can be heard saying, “I want to know it from you Geeta Maa…”, before he could complete his sentence, Geeta stops him and warns, “If you too call me Geeta Maa…”, Zakir soon says, “I did’t want to call you that, who started this but?” Geeta points at Rithvik Dhanjani, who quickly hides his face in guilt. Rithvik then confesses, “We started calling her Geeta Maa”. Geeta humourously says, “Have some shame, because of you, I couldn’t find a Paa for you.” This leaves everybody including Karisma Kapoor in splits.

In another video, choreographer Terence can be seen jokingly claiming Geeta takes three hours for make up. He says, “Geeta comes three hours early on the sets to get her makeup done.” Geeta jokingly replies, “When you have to hide so many flaws, and do putty work on to your face, it takes three hours”, Zakir soon joins the conversation and adds, “Like how I come a night before on the set to get my makeup done. While you have to get the putty work done, I have to start with cement work.” Again, making everyone on the set laugh.
