Bigg Boss 18’s wild card contestant Digvijay Singh Rathee: ‘I am the strongest competition to all of them’
In an exclusive interview, Digvijay Singh Rathee says some Bigg Boss 18 contestants have a superiority complex on the show.

Reality show star Digvijay Singh Rathee joined Bigg Boss 18 this weekend as a wild card contestant. While he joined the show along with his rival Kashish Kapoor, the two had a face-off on the stage when they met host Salman Khan. Inside the house too, Digvijay and Kashish ruffled some feathers with their entry, while tension between Digvijay, Avinash Mishra and Vivian Dsena continues to escalate. The ex-Splitsvilla contestant feels he is the wake-up call the Bigg Boss 18 contestants need. In an exclusive interview with SCREEN, Digvijay Singh Rathee says no one has been playing the game well this season.

Sharing that he is someone who is honest and speaks from the heart, Digvijay pointed out that his blunt nature offends people. “I don’t instigate people intentionally, when I speak my mind they get offended. But I think that’s better to do than to go and talk behind someone’s back. I am very upfront and honest, I don’t lie and say anything on the face.”
Talking about the contestants, Digvijay shared, “A few of them have a superiority complex, they are being treated as superiors by others too which is wrong, all are on the same platform. They must have done some great work, but on this show all are equal. I don’t believe in making opinions about people by just watching them on TV, I will only have a view once I meet them. But from a show perspective, no one is doing well at the moment. Vivian also being the ‘laadla’ is not doing anything, some people are not even seen, I wonder why they accepted the Bigg Boss offer also.”

Sharing how fake people annoys him, he said any dig taken at his parents angers Digvijay. He said, “I don’t like when people abuse me or my parents, I just lose my calm. I have chosen this profession, so I am okay to take what they say, but if they drag my parents I lose my cool.”
On a parting note, Digvijay also shared that he doesn’t see anyone as competition on the show now, rather, “I am the strongest competition to all of them,” he says.
