Bigg Boss 17: Munawar Faruqui cries as he misses son, reveals his ex-wife has remarried; Ankita Lokhande-Vicky have a showdown

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, Munawar Faruqui was seen getting emotional as he remembered his son. On the other hand, Ankita Lokhande was seen arguing with husband Vicky Jain for feeling ignored.

Munawar Faruqui may be known for his jokes but the standup-comedian carries many pains. Be it his mother’s death, his relationship with his father to his broken marriage, Munawar has seen many personal lows in his life. Right now, locked inside the Bigg Boss 17 house, the comedian spoke about his son and how he’s missing him.

While talking to co-housemate Neil Bhatt, Munawar said, “I have a 5-year-old son, he has been staying away but he came to me six months back. After being around him for a couple of months I realised what I’ve been missing in life. Since the past 3-4 months I’ve connected a lot to him and I’m missing him a lot. Pura din mein yahin sochta hu ki wo kya kar raha hoga, Woh itna chota sa hai (I think about him the whole day. He is so young).”

During the episode, Munawar also shared that his former wife has remarried and he has custody of his son. He shared that now whatever he does in life is for his son.

Munawar Faruqui had opened up about his failed marriage on Lock Upp, the show that he won. He revealed that he married at a young age and soon separated. Post the show, he also admitted to dating content creator Nazila.

Meanwhile, Ankita Lokhande had a showdown once again in the show with husband Vicky Jain. During the fight, she complained to him, “I don’t want your attention, I cannot keep begging you. You are absolutely perfect with the game, you have become everyone’s favourite. But as a husband, I am really not happy. I feel that I am getting ignored. You don’t seem like mine.”

While Vicky tried to defend himself, Ankita was in no mood to let things go. The fight continued the next morning too where the Pavitra Rishta actor shared that he now wants to play the game individually. This irked Vicky who felt that she was trying to prove him wrong. He also seemed upset that his wife was not enjoying his success on the show. Vicky argued that Ankita wants him to be her ‘ghulam’ and follow her around, which he cannot do. As she shared that she doesn’t want to stay in the show anymore, he cut her off saying that it would be her own decision.
