VJ-turned-actor Ramya Subramanian, who was last seen in Amala Paul's Aadai, has bagged a role in Vijay's upcoming tentatively titled Thalapathy 64. In an interview with a leading daily, Ramya had confirmed that she's playing a full-fledged role in the gangster film. She was quoted saying, "Yes, I am a part of Thalapathy 64. It is an important role, and I have been shooting in Delhi for more than 20 days." Ramya Subramanian added she has always been a fangirl of Vijay since childhood. She said, “From hosting the audio launches of his films, and now, to be sharing screen space with Thalapathy, I feel life has come a full circle. I am extremely thrilled about the whole journey." It looks like the makers of Thalapathy 64 will once again shift base to Chennai, after completing their Delhi schedule. Produced by Xavier Britto of XB Film Creators, Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial Thalapathy 64 has Vijay Sethupathi, Antony Varghese, Malavika Mohanan, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Andrea Jeremiah and 96 fame Gouri Kishan in pivotal roles.
