After Patakha Guddi and Kalakkatha, Sweden-based music artist creates remix of Vijay’s Ranjithame, see video
Composed by Thaman S and sung by Vijay and MM Manasi, Diorange remixed Ranjithame and made it a club song. The reel has already gone viral on Instagram.

While casually browsing through the platform, users are likely to have encountered the musical creations of this Sweden-based artist, who specialises in remixing popular Indian songs.
After successfully creating the remixed versions of “Patakha Guddi” composed by AR Rahman and sung by the Nooran Sisters, Diorange has now created a mesmerising remix of “Ranjithame”, composed by Thaman S and sung by Vijay and MM Manasi, from the movie Varisu. Diorange released his version of the track, with a club song vibe, on Sunday.

“Found this crazy Indian song. So what if… it was a club song,” the artist noted on the split video showcasing the original song and him growing to the new track.
The reel has already gone viral on social media with many users asking the Sweden-based artist to release a longer version of the track. “Petition to make a longer version!!! 😍🔥,” one user commented, while another one noted: “This man + Indian songs = 🔥”

Meanwhile, another excited Instagrammer commented, “Bro come to India 🇮🇳 for a concert 😭.” “Man someone’s got to gift you that honorary Indian passport,” one user commented.
With over 95 million views on YouTube, “Ranjithame” is one of the most popular film songs of this year. A fusion of modern beats and Tamil folk music, the lyrics for “Ranjithame” were penned by Vivek.
Diorange had previously released the remixed version of “Patakha Guddi” which garnered over 19 million views on Instagram. He also released another reel showing how he created the version by extracting the vocals from the original song and adding a heavy bassline, some glitches, ambience and flute tracks to it.
The artist recently released the remixed version of “Kalakkatha”, sung by Nanjiyamma and composed by Jakes Bejoy, which too went viral. The song had garnered Nanjiyamma the National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer.
