Leo box office day 6 early reports: Vijay’s film witnesses a dip
Vijay and Trisha starrer Leo is continuing its dream run at the box office despite mixed reviews.

Leo is turning out to be the biggest hit of Tamil cinema in 2023 and slowly inching towards beating the record of Rajinikanth’s Jailer. The film has already collected more than Rs 400 crore at the box office. It is continuing its terrific momentum at the box office and has so far collected Rs 217.10 crore from India (net) in a matter of five days. Now, it is estimated that the film will earn Rs 28 crore on Day 6, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. Leo had collected Rs 35.7 crore on Monday.
The film is expected to soon cross the Rs 450 crore mark at the box office. Vijay fans are awaiting the moment when Leo will beat the box office record of Jailer, which minted more than Rs 600 crore at the worldwide box office. With the way Leo is continuing its rampage, the milestone doesn’t seem far and hard.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Trisha, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, and Priya Anand. Anirudh Ravichander, who composed the music for Vijay’s Master and Kaththi, joined hands with the Tamil star for the third time for Leo. The album has worked in favour of the film.
Meanwhile, Vijay has already moved on to his next project, which is tentatively titled Thalapathy 68. The pooja of the film happened in Chennai with the movie’s cast members Prashanth, Mohan, Prabhudheva, Meenakshi Chaudhry, Sneha, and Laila in attendance. The film’s composer Yuvan Shankar Raja was also part of the event.
