Chennai floods seem to have brought together Aamir Khan and Vishnu Vishal. The flood struck the area where Vishnu and Aamir were staying. For many it was shocker to see Aamir getting rescued from the flood along with Vishnu. Looks like during the hardship, the two actors became friends, and thus, Vishnu along with his wife were invited to Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan’s wedding to Nupur Shikhare in Udaipur.

It is now clear why Vishnu is visibly absent from promoting his upcoming film Lal Salaam. The actor has gone out of town to attend the wedding in Udaipur along with his wife Jwala Gutta, who took to social media to share pictures from the wedding festivities.

Nupur Shikhare and Ira Khan have already registered the marriage and are set to tie the knot on January 10 in Udaipur. Pictures of many celebrities gracing the mehendi ceremony have gone viral on social media.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vishnu Vishal will next be seen in Lal Salaam. It has Rajinikanth in an extended cameo and is directed by his elder daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth. The film, which was supposed to be released for Pongal, has been postponed to February 9. Other than Vishnu, the movie also has Vikranth in the lead role. A sports drama, Lal Salaam has music by AR Rahman.

Other than Lal Salaam, Vishnu has Mohandas in the pipeline. The actor is on a winning streak after the success of FIR and Gatta Kusthi. One has to see if he can continue it with Lal Salaam.
