Dhanush croons a fiery song for Captain Miller; GV Prakash shares picture from studio

Dhanush and Arun Matheshwaran are quickly wrapping up the post-production work of Captain Miller, which was recently postponed to a better date. Initially slated to hit screens on December 15, the makers have now decided to bring out the film on Pongal. The movie will clash with Dhanush’s estranged wife Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth’s Lal Salaam, which has Rajinikanth in an extended cameo. Dhanush and GV Prakash are currently working on a song for the film, and the composter took to social media to share a picture from the recording session.

Dhanush was in a new look in the picture with short hair and a salt-and-pepper beard. The film’s director is also in the photo. Prakash also shared a few lines from the song, which suggest that it is a heroic number. “You cannot win when I’m alive .. and today is not my time to die…ITS YOURS. This dry land drinks blood… will offer a feast to worms. I am justice. I am justice. Killer Killer Captain Miller…Killer killer Captain Miller,” read the tweet.

Other than Dhanush, Captain Miller stars Priyanka Mohan, Kumaravel, Vinayakan, and Shivarajkumar in important roles. Ther film is set in the 40s and follows the story of a braveheart who fights for freedom.
